The welding of aluminium vehicles window frame started with IKARUS bus windows, which nowadays changed mostly into Railway and Tramway windows. According to the complexity of parts, aluminium or steel welded by TIG of MIG welding technology.
Especially when the parts are used in high tension area, we only use the Impulse TIG welding to reduce the heat transfer into the material. We also capable to spot weld aluminium parts with the thickness of 4+4 mm.

To weld high speed Railway windows we are having the following welding certifications:
- DIN EN ISO 3834-2
- DIN 6700-2 C4

Number of Qualified welders:
- 5 Person for TIG welding
- 2 Person for MIG welding
- 3 Person for CO welding

Welding apart:
- 2 Pcs spot welding machine (250 kVA, 16kVA),
- 9 Pcs  steal welding machine (MÍG-MAG/135 300-400A),
- 7 Pcs aluminium welding machine up to 350 A (2db MIG/131, 5db TIG/141)
