Zink-Phosfating

The Zink-Phosfating primering technology is basically for steel parts which will be painted for outside use.  Before Catheforetic primering we use also the Zink-Phosfating conversion layer. All stell parts goes through a degreesing process than we are building up the Zink-phosfet layer by spaying technology. After Zink-Phosfating the parts must be painted, either with Wet paint, Elektrostatic Powder coat, or Catheforetic Primering.

The Zink-Phosfating is done in a 7 zone continues line.
The used chemical is: Chemetall
The capacity of the Phosfating line in one shiftt: 300-400m2/Shift
